Meters
- Press and hold the main button until you hear a beep. This will open the Settings mode.
- Press the arrow buttons to adjust the year. Once correct, press the main button to confirm.
- Adjust remaining date and time settings in the same way.

Test Strips and Lancets
For details, please see the label on the test strip vial. Once opened, a vial of strips should be used within 3-4 months. Remember to close the vial immediately after you remove a test strip.
No, do not store test strips in the refrigerator. Store test strips at room temperature and at normal humidity levels (below 70%).
In order to prevent cross-contamination and minimize pain, lancets should not be reused. Use a new lancet every time you perform a test. Never share a lancet with another person.
